Right beside the Newsletter title, there is a toggle that will allow you to decide whether a newsletter will be shipped automatically (based on your frequency settings) or not.
The default setting is "Inactive" and the Newsletter will not be shipped automatically.
As you set the switch to "Active" the newsletter will be shipped automatically in the future.
