Request New Entity

Request New Entity - a search bar option for when a company is not found in the cockpit registry

Firstly, click on the search bar, and three possible selections will be offered. Choose Request New Entity and a new form will appear. Please, fill out all the relevant fields with * in their name, and then click "Submit".
